- Usage data — we record the number of document conversions associated with your account or IP address for credit tracking purposes.
- Payment information — processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or payment details on our servers.
- IP address — used to enforce free-tier rate limits for anonymous users.
- Analytics data — page visits and interactions collected via Google Analytics (anonymized).
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the RawDocs document conversion service.
- To track and enforce conversion credit limits.
- To process payments and deliver purchased credit packs.
- To send transactional emails (magic link sign-in, receipts).
- To improve the service through aggregate usage analytics.
Document Content
The text you submit for conversion is sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic and OpenAI) solely to perform the conversion. We do not store, read, or use your document content for any other purpose. AI providers may retain submitted content per their own privacy policies.

- Supabase — authentication and user session management.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Airtable — waitlist and user record storage.

Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Anonymous IP usage records are retained for rate-limiting purposes and may be cleared periodically. You may request deletion of your account data by emailing us.

We use session cookies for authentication and Google Analytics cookies for usage tracking. No advertising or tracking cookies are set by RawDocs directly.
