By using RawDocs ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Service Description

RawDocs is a document conversion service that takes raw text notes and produces formatted Word (.docx), PDF, or Markdown documents using AI. The service is provided on a credit-based model.

Account Terms

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
• Free accounts receive 3 conversion credits at signup. Credits do not reset.

Credits & Payment

• Additional credits are available for purchase in packs (Plus: 50 credits for $5; Pro: 250 credits for $15).
• Purchased credits never expire and are tied to your account.
• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on purchased credit packs.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. RawDocs does not store payment card information.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's API.
• Circumvent rate limits or credit enforcement mechanisms.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written permission.

Document Content

You retain full ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant RawDocs a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of performing the requested conversion. We do not store your documents after conversion is complete.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RawDocs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
